Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data the comoleo website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. The comoleo app will have its own notice.

What we collect

• Early access list. Your email address, the role you picked (parent, coach, club, other) and the language of the page.
• Club application. Your name, club, city, club size, email, phone (optional) and your message.
• Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website does not ask children for any data: both forms are for adults.

Why and on what basis

• Early access emails: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You confirm it twice: with the checkbox and with the link in our confirmation email.
• Club applications: to answer your request and prepare a possible agreement (art. 6(1)(b)), with your consent to be contacted.
• Statistics: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages work (art. 6(1)(f)). No personal profile is created.

Who processes the data for us

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores contacts and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and provides cookieless statistics. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

• Early access list: until you unsubscribe (every email has a link) or until the app launches plus 12 months, whichever comes first.
• Club applications: as long as we are in contact, and at most 24 months after the last message.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to the email below. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
